By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from ZT Nation, you agree to the terms described below. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
1. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number to ZT Nation LLC ("ZT Nation," "we," "us," or "our") and checking the SMS consent box during account registration, service request submission, or any other opt-in mechanism on our platform (the "Platform"), you expressly consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded text messages (SMS and MMS) from ZT Nation at the phone number you provide. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from ZT Nation.
Your consent covers text messages related to:
- Service request confirmations and updates
- Contractor matching notifications
- Job scheduling, arrival, and completion alerts
- Estimate and quote delivery
- Review and feedback requests
- Account verification and security alerts
- Compliance and licensing reminders (for contractors)
- Platform announcements and operational updates
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity on the Platform and the services you use. Contractors may receive more frequent messages related to job opportunities, scheduling, and compliance reminders. Customers typically receive messages related to their active service requests. You may receive up to approximately 20 messages per month, though this number may vary depending on your level of engagement with the Platform.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages from ZT Nation at any time by:
- Replying STOP: Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from ZT Nation.
- Contacting Us: Email [email protected] or call our dedicated support line with your opt-out request.
After opting out, you may still receive transactional messages required by law (such as security alerts or legally required notifications). Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use the Platform — you will continue to receive communications via email or in-app notifications.
4. Opt-In Instructions
If you have previously opted out and wish to resume receiving text messages, you may:
- Reply START: Reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to any previous ZT Nation message thread.
- Re-consent on the Platform: Update your communication preferences in your account settings or re-submit a service request with SMS consent checked.
5. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages sent to or received from ZT Nation, depending on your mobile carrier and your wireless plan. ZT Nation is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier for pricing details.
6. Supported Carriers
ZT Nation's SMS services are supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliates. Carrier support may vary, and ZT Nation is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues.
7. Privacy and Data Use
Your phone number and SMS consent status are collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is shared only with our SMS service provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.
We may retain records of your SMS consent, opt-in date, opt-out date, and message history for compliance and audit purposes as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable regulations.
8. No Warranty
ZT Nation does not guarantee the delivery, timeliness, or accuracy of any text message. SMS services are provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier, network congestion, device compatibility, or other factors beyond our control.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by sending a text message to your registered phone number or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued receipt of text messages after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
These SMS Terms are governed by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), applicable state consumer protection laws, and the laws of the State of Wyoming. In the event of a conflict between these SMS Terms and our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control except where these SMS Terms provide more specific protections regarding text message communications.
