Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy

1. ZT Nation's Intellectual Property

The ZT Nation platform (the "Platform"), including all content, features, functionality, software, code, user interface designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, AI algorithms, matching systems, referral fee structures, compliance frameworks, and documentation, is owned by ZT Nation LLC, a Wyoming Series Limited Liability Company ("ZT Nation," "we," "us," or "our") or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The ZT Nation name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ZT Nation. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

2. User-Generated Content

Users of the Platform may upload, submit, or transmit content including but not limited to profile photos, portfolio images, project photos, reviews, ratings, and text descriptions ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the User Content or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit it
• The User Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights
• You have obtained all necessary consents from any individuals depicted in photos or videos

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant ZT Nation a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

3. DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

ZT Nation respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Platform.

3.1 Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification ("Takedown Notice") to our designated DMCA agent containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered, a representative list)
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL where the content appears)
4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3.2 DMCA Designated Agent

3.3 Counter-Notification

If you believe that your User Content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification ("Counter-Notice") to our DMCA Designated Agent containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, the District of Wyoming) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original Takedown Notice

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we will restore the removed content.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

ZT Nation maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. If a user receives three valid DMCA Takedown Notices, their account will be permanently terminated. We may also terminate accounts after fewer notices in cases of egregious or willful infringement.

• Your trademark registration number (if applicable)
• The jurisdiction of registration
• A description of the allegedly infringing content and its location on the Platform
• A description of how the content infringes your trademark rights
• Your contact information

6. AI-Generated Content

ZT Nation uses artificial intelligence to generate estimates, recommendations, marketing content, and other materials. AI-generated content on the Platform is owned by ZT Nation. Users may not claim ownership of AI-generated content produced by the Platform's systems. For more information about our AI systems, see our AI Transparency Disclosure.
