E-Signature & Electronic Consent Agreement

1. Consent to Electronic Transactions

By using the ZT Nation platform (the "Platform") operated by ZT Nation LLC ("ZT Nation," "we," "us," or "our"), you consent to transact business electronically with ZT Nation. This means you agree to receive, review, and execute all agreements, disclosures, notices, and other documents ("Records") in electronic form rather than on paper. This consent is provided pursuant to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., and applicable state electronic transaction laws.

2. Scope of Consent

Your consent to electronic Records applies to all transactions and agreements conducted through the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Terms of Service
• Independent Contractor Referral Agreement
• Customer Platform Agreement
• Privacy Policy
• Arbitration Agreement
• Acceptable Use Policy
• SMS/Text Message Terms
• Service estimates, quotes, and booking confirmations
• Account registration and verification
• Compliance documentation submissions
• Dispute resolution communications
• Any amendments or updates to the above documents

3. What Constitutes an Electronic Signature

Under the E-SIGN Act, an "electronic signature" is any electronic sound, symbol, or process attached to or logically associated with a contract or record and executed or adopted by a person with the intent to sign the record. On the ZT Nation platform, the following actions constitute your legally binding electronic signature:

• Clicking "I Agree" or "Accept": Clicking any button or link that indicates your agreement to terms, policies, or agreements
• Checking a Consent Box: Selecting a checkbox that indicates your acknowledgment and acceptance of terms
• Completing Registration: Submitting your account registration form, which includes acceptance of Platform agreements
• Confirming a Booking: Accepting a contractor's quote or confirming a service booking
• Submitting Compliance Documents: Uploading licenses, insurance certificates, or other documents as part of the onboarding or compliance verification process

Each electronic signature is logged with a timestamp, your IP address, the specific document or action signed, and your user account identifier. These records are maintained for compliance and audit purposes.

4. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access, receive, and retain electronic Records, you will need:

• A computer or mobile device with internet access
• A current web browser that supports HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — current version or one version prior)
• An active email address to receive notifications and copies of agreements
• Sufficient storage space to save or print electronic Records for your personal records
• A printer or the ability to save files (e.g., PDF) if you wish to retain paper copies

5. Your Right to Paper Records

You have the right to receive any Record in paper form. To request a paper copy of any agreement or document you have signed electronically, contact us at [email protected]. We will provide the paper copy at no charge. Requesting a paper copy does not withdraw your consent to electronic transactions for future Records.

6. Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Records at any time by contacting us at [email protected] with the subject line "Withdraw E-Consent." Please note that withdrawing your consent may limit your ability to use certain features of the Platform that require electronic agreements, and in some cases may require the closure of your account, as the Platform operates entirely through electronic transactions.

Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legal validity or enforceability of any electronic Records or signatures provided before the withdrawal became effective.

7. Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your email address and other contact information current on the Platform. If your email address or other contact information changes, you must update it promptly in your account settings. ZT Nation is not responsible for any failure to deliver electronic Records caused by outdated contact information.

8. Record Retention

ZT Nation retains electronic Records of all agreements, consents, and signatures for the duration required by applicable law or for the duration of your account, whichever is longer. You are encouraged to print or save copies of all electronic Records for your personal files at the time they are presented to you.

9. Legal Effect

Electronic Records and electronic signatures provided through the Platform have the same legal effect, validity, and enforceability as paper records and handwritten signatures. By consenting to electronic transactions, you acknowledge that:

• Your electronic signature is legally binding
• You will not contest the validity of any agreement solely because it was executed electronically
• Electronic Records satisfy any legal requirement that a record be "in writing"
• Electronic signatures satisfy any legal requirement for a "signature"

10. Governing Law

This E-Consent Agreement is governed by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) as adopted by the State of Wyoming, and the laws of the State of Wyoming. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control.
